The Project Manager will have a successful track record of managing the implementation of a client or program. Their project management skills will be utilized to implement programs within established parameters that optimizes client satisfaction and N.E.W. operating margins. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that timelines are met and deliverables completed in a quality manner. He/she will partner with N.E.W. functional and process owners to identify and continually improve business processes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Travel to and work with clients in various countries in developing their requirements - be a client advocate!

• Provide support to International team by explaining operational processes to clients and writing sections of responses to proposals. Determine how to best meet client’s needs.

• Upon client signature of contract – take ownership of program implementation needs.

• Be creative - be able to think "out-of-box" in client solution development.

• Create appropriate documentation, such as Statements of Work, process flows, and project plans for the implementation of a new client/program or re-engineered process.

• Identify and work with process owners to ensure that timelines are met and deliverables completed in a quality manner.

• Write requirements and test results for any project involving system changes.

• Report on progress of each project during implementation, especially off-schedule conditions.

• Problem-solve alternatives to get back on track.

• Follow up with program once in production to ensure that it is functioning as planned.

• Must be able to evaluate project results and offer improvement suggestions.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

• BS or equivalent management experience with 3 years in project management or process re-engineering.

• Experience in leading projects and implementing clients.

• Ability to work on cross-functional teams. Must motivate others into action.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment; self motivated, self managed.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.

• Must be well organized with proven track record of meeting deadlines

• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Project, Visio).

• Experience in motivating others in a team environment and taking initiative.
